Job summary
The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator will serve as a member of a collaborative, global Human Resources team supporting Waga Energy's US subsidiary.Responsibilities and Duties
- Process semi-monthly (i.e., two times per month) payroll for salaried and hourly employees ensuring accuracy and compliance with all federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
- Manage payroll adjustments including retroactive pay, reimbursements, and garnishments.
- Prepare payroll reports for the accounting and group HR (corporate level) teams as required.
