    Job Description:
    The registered nurse plays a pivotal role in the Clinical Decision Unit, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. This position requires a compassionate and professional approach, with a focus on timely interventions and monitoring of patients' status. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and contribute to a positive patient outcome.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    To succeed in this role, you must possess current IL RN licensure, American Heart Association CPR certification, and ACLS certification in critical care/ER areas. A minimum of 1 year of hospital experience and a BSN degree (required within 5 years of hire) are also essential requirements.
