    We are a wealth management boutique located in Florida, United States. We specialize in customized client portfolios and provide active portfolio management led by an experienced investment team.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for a Financial Advisor/Partner. As a Financial Advisor/Partner, you will be responsible for providing investment advisory services to our clients. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being conducted at our Florida office, but with flexibility for some remote work.

    Ability to bring assets is a must, as most of the compensation will be variable.

    Salary + bonus + equity participation available for the right candidate.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to bring assets / HNW clients is a must, as most of the compensation will come from the advisor's ability to bring assets. Should bring the assets.
    • Series 65 or equivalent certification allows you to be registered as an advisor.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) are highly preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
