We are a group of Zaxby's restaurants in Cobb/Atlanta market and looking for a recruiter to help us prepare for our next phase of growth. Our office is located in Marietta, Georgia. We have stores in Cobb/Dekalb & Henry County.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter at Coup Management, LLC. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions. They will also collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The Recruiter will conduct interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate the hiring process. This role is located in Marietta, GA, with flexibility for some remote work.
