    Senior Product Manager, Reporting and Analytics

    Develops short and long-range plans for development of software products in accordance with market needs. Represents product stakeholders such as business development, project leaders/staff, and end users on cross-functional software product development team(s). Responsible for conducting market research and developing product requirements based on market and stakeholder feedback. Responsible for product release planning and marketing activities. Evangelizes software product within and outside Emmes. Responsible for assisting Emmes leaders with business development activities as these relate to the software product.

    Responsible for performing and/or coordinating secondary tasks related to product release such as communications, advertising, and development of training materials and/or user guides.

    Responsible for implementing strategic goals set by Software Development leaders as these relate to product requirements development, development planning, and feature prioritization.

    Define requirements for software product based on market research and stakeholder feedback.
    Participate in regular meetings such as planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    Provide clarification on requirements and acceptance criteria to development team.
    Perform and/or coordinate secondary tasks such as communications, advertising, and development of training materials and/or user guides.
    Bachelors degree, preferably in a public health, clinical, science, technology, or related discipline.

    Incumbent typically will possess at least 5 years of experience working as part of a software development or implementation team in any role, 2 of which must be as a product manager or equivalent role.

    Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
    Experience with data reporting and analytics.
    Knowledge of key concepts related to software product management is required.
    Experience working in a Scrum team is preferred.
    Experience with drawing tools and UX design is preferred.
    Experience conducting software demos and marketing presentations is preferred.
    A degree in public health, science, or computer related field is preferred.
