PDS Defense, Incis seeking a Project Management Specialist 5 in El Segundo, CA
Job Responsibilities:
Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs, and change-driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards
Directs and provides high-level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversees planning requests
Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning, and refines the business case
Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules
Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry
Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders
Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Min 5 years.
Min Bachelor (open to resumes without a degree with experience).Top Secret/SCI most important.
Mastering Scheduling. MS Project.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Schedule Management.
