    We are actively looking to hire talented Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT,LICSW) in Washington, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

    We offer Licensed Therapists:

    • Competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential
    • Comp range of $80,000-$107,000

    Location and Schedule

    • Locations are throughout the area to make commuting easier

    • Hybrid Model with In-person & Remote flexibility

    Therapist are a critical part of our clinician team. We are seeking Therapists that are:

    • Fully Licensed in Washington State:
    • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
    • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
    • Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
    • Individual and or couples therapy
    About LifeStance Health LifeStance is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering.
