    Job Summary

    At Alfa Insurance, we're looking for talented sales representatives who share our values of faith, family, community, and integrity. As a team player, you'll take pride in representing our company, selling insurance products, and delivering exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect new business opportunities in multi-line insurance, quote, and bind policies.
    • Handle customer inquiries, document requests, and complete changes.
    • Process premiums and dues in a membership organization.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Obtain a Property and Casualty license within 90 days of hire (we provide training).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with an aptitude for learning new programs and procedures.
    • A positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
