Purpose
Design/Organize and run a system to ensure alignment between Sales requirement and factory capacity (Machines Capacity & Raw Materials)
Areas of Responsibilty
Procurement Management
Establish order's forecast plan related to the various suppliers according to the Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) and Scheduling Meeting
Calculate the net requirement for Raw Materials according to the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
Review raw materials shipments and manage supplier alerts with Purchase Team
Inventory Management
Review daily with Logistic Officers raw materials movement daily
Manage ABC matrix & related actions (obsolete items management/reporting)
Propose alternative solutions in case of shortage
Ensure raw materials availability for the weekly production schedule
Issue to carpentry drums preparation needs and follow-up the achievements
Participate to the Scheduling Meeting/S&OP for critical raw material issues
Define and Update the technical product families of the plant (according to main bottlenecks)
Deploy S&OP forecast and Machine Schedule Load visibility
Run simulation orders in Scheduling software and measure impacts when required
Master Production Scheduling Management
Manage plant bottleneck (loading and feeding)
Ensure the schedule feasibility by identifying capacity, resources and available inventories
Supervise with Production and Support Functions (Maintenance, Quality...) daily output with a particular focus on commitment, bottleneck management and inventory level respect
Make sure that customer expectations is well known at shop floor level
Master Production Scheduling Execution
Provide weekly machines schedule plan to operation team
Analyze production backlog and propose list of orders for launching
Prepare and Issue Production orders cards to Production
Provide daily targets to Production on bottleneck/critical machines
Optimize the schedule based on required criteria's
Monitoring of Performance
Weekly review of planned deliveries with purchasing and Follow-up suppliers performance
Follow-up inventory coverage by type of raw materials
Participate to daily Planning meetings and report RM status
Application of standards
Make the standard applied on his perimeter
Prepare estimative packing for confirmed new Sales Orders
Update drums sizes in Navision as per customers' requirements
Propose realistic and feasible solution to correct deviations (ex: BOM...)
Assess alignment of procedures/processes
Formalize and share improvements suggestion on his perimeter
Team Work
Coordinate with Planning Team to ensure to maintain OTIF-PCA rate at expected level
Work for the site's collective interests
Transversally works by integrating other departments' constraint
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in Planning Department and Manufacturing Environment (minimum 2 years)
Engineering degree (4 or 5 years study)
Continuous Improvement Skills (Problem solving, Lean, Optimization methods, ...)
Ability to deal with

Experience in ERP systems and MS Office
