Hannaford is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team in the pharmacy department. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filling prescriptions and processing medication orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Providing expert consultation and counseling on prescription medications and health-related topics.
• Supervising and guiding technicians to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including patient profiles and medication history.
• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on new medications, treatments, and technologies.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree from an accredited school of pharmacy (PharmD or equivalent).
• Current license to practice pharmacy in good standing in the state(s) where the store is located.
• Active immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
