    Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Professional

    Joliet, IL-based State Farm Agency seeks a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. As an award-winning agency, we prioritize customer satisfaction and team success.

    About the Role:

    • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market insurance products to customers.
    • Establish strong customer relationships and provide follow-up services as needed.
    • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing.

    Requirements:

    • Insurance sales experience (Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses preferred)
    • Sales experience (outside or inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
    • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
    • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
    • Self-motivated with ability to multitask
    • Effective customer relationship building skills
    • Property & Casualty license
