    Our Body Shop Assistant Manager / Collision Center Assistant Manager responsibilities are:

    Greet all customers in a professional and courteous matter

    Maintain and develop and excellent working relationship with insurance companies, fleet and manufactures

    Perform the duties of an estimator; examine and inspect damages vehicles and create estimates for repair costs to restore to pre-loss condition

    Prepare damage reports in an accurate and efficient manner

    Assist in controlling all production/shop costs

    Work closely with the General Manager on the computerized daily workflow and dispatches accordingly

    Support and assists all employees with any task when needed

    Shop Assistant Manager / Collision Center Assistant Manager Qualifications include:
    2 years minimum of continued experience in a Collision Center or Auto Body Shop preferred

    Prior automotive body shop estimating/insurance adjuster experience required

    Understands and knowledge with collision repair process

    Confidence in handling high volumes and under pressure

    Ability to maintain a fast-pace workflow throughout the collision shop

    Strong computer skills with collision management software experience, preferred

    Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, required

    Must be self-motivated, detailed oriented and organized

    High School Diploma/GED required

    Valid license, with minimal motor vehicle infractions
