    Morrow county Health District has a full-time opening for the Primary Care Quality Specialist working with all District clinics. Morrow County is a wonderful small community that has amazing schools and friendly residents in beautiful Eastern Oregon and is great for the outdoor enthusiast.

    Position Summary:
    • The Primary Care Quality Specialist is responsible for improving quality measure performance and closing clinical care gaps.
    • The Primary Care Quality Specialist will work closely with the Clinic Director, providers, clinic staff, and patients to identify areas for improvement, implement new workflows, improve performance on quality measures, and assist patients with accessing preventive health services.

    Starting pay $35.00 to $40.59 DOQ with an increase after completion of a 4-month probationary period.

    Requirements:
    • Previous healthcare experience is required.
    • Graduate from High School or GED required; Bachelor's degree in relevant area preferred.
    • Must be highly skilled at using health information technology.
    • Leadership skills required.
