- Provide comprehensive care to trauma and surgical emergencies.
- Manage inpatient care including rounding, and occasionally handle new consults and trauma activations.
- Participate in the post-operative clinic to ensure continuity of care.
- Perform bedside procedures and assist in surgical operations as required.
- Build and maintain effective communication and rapport with patients and team members.
- Active Texas PA or NP license.
- Experience in Trauma/Acute Care Surgery a plus.
- Capable of handling the intense demands of a trauma center and acute care setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Predictable work schedule with 8-hour clinical shifts, Monday through Friday.
