- Richards is looking to hire a full-time Project Lead. The role will entail processing orders from the Sales team, orders received from clients through our order portal, text or email. Enter projects into Production workflow and ensuring all materials are available. Accuracy is essential to ensure the orders entered are timely and correct. Employee will be trained on proprietary software, including a mail processing software and will be processing databases for secure mailings. Project Lead is responsible for managing the project through completion.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, production timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including account management, design, prepress, production, and fulfillment
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and quality across all project outputs, with a strong attention to detail
- Track project progress and maintain clear documentation in project management systems
- Support continuous improvement of project workflows and processes

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
