- Have the authority to speak for and act for the Contractor in all matters related to providing services under this contract
- Either the Project Manager or Alternate Project Manager(s) shall be on site at the FLETC during all times when work is being performed
- Serve as the liaison between the Program Manager and project team members
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and communicating project plans
- Help to identify risks and issues associated with the program, and work with the Program Manager to develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting any potential safety or federal compliance issues
- Participate in program reviews and audits, providing input and recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the implementation of quality assurance procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Alternate Program Manager on Federal Contracts.
- Demonstrated experience and a working knowledge typical of work under this contract (for example: Firearms, Vehicle Maintenance, Scheduling, Transportation, Inventory, etc...).
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English and shall be capable and experienced in the type of work they are assigned under this contract.
- Be physically able to perform assigned work.
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field or 3-5 years experience in project management, program coordination, or similar role
- Experience managing budgets
- Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Overview Oak Grove Technologies, LLC a fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking an Alternate Project Manager to support federal law enforcement training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, New MexicoOak Grove Technologies offers a competitive compensation and benefits package
Responsibilities
This delegation of authority includes, but is not limited to all matters concerning the day-to-day effective operation of Student Support services such as personnel supervision, training, purchasing, and cost controls.
After normal duty hours, the Project Manager or designated Alternate shall be available on-Center within two (2) hours.
