    The office in Lufkin provides caregivers for the Deep East Texas area including Lufkin, Huntington, Diboll, Zavalla, Nacogdoches, Corrigan, Applesprings, Etoile, Wells, and many others. We are seeking one-of-a-kind individuals for job opportunities with our local team.

    Our caregiver jobs are for individuals who are truly committed to providing compassionate care to senior adults and those in need.

    We scour the entire Deep East Texas region for people with strong backgrounds in home care or elderly care, a history of community involvement and, most of all, big hearts.

    Shifts Offered:

    • HHA ResponsibilitiesHelp clients take prescribed medicationAssist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (Transferring assistance using hoyer lifts or gait belts or walkers and wheelchairs.)
    Assist clients with personal care and hygiene (Bathing assistance and incontinence care)Help clients with routine exercisesPlan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop (grocery shopping, salon, dr appointments)Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their ownBe a pleasant and supportive companionReport any unusual incidentsAct quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyLive-in Home Health Aide - HHA RequirementsPassion to serve others - a true caregiverExcellent knowledge of emergency response and first aidKnowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraintsWillingness to adhere to health and safety standardsRespectful and compassionateExperience with Bathing assistance and incontinence careExperience with Transferring seniors using a hoyer lift or gait beltStrong ethicsKnowledge of Alzheimer's and Dementia2 years professional experience with the elderly in a Facility or with an agency or have a CNA certification
