    The Position

    We are seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Director of Sales and Marketing for our premier retirement community, Cogir of Fremont. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for serving seniors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve community occupancy goals
    • Manage external outreach, maintain referral relationships, and generate qualified leads
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through daily tours and inquiries
    • Supervise and motivate the sales team
    • Maintain resident satisfaction and community reputation

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in relational sales
    • Luxury hotel and resort, real estate, or independent living industry experience preferred
    • Cantonese or Mandarin conversational skills a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
