    Description
    The Business System Analyst plays a pivotal role within this organization.

    They serve as a functional expert in Business Intelligence processes and data analytics, working with designated functional area teams including Corporate, Commercial, Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, or Environmental and Safety.


    Responsibilities:
    Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, comprehensively understanding business needs, and translating them into technical requirements.
    Analyze complex business processes and data requirements to design and implement effective data warehouse solutions.
    Develop and maintain ETL processes and tools to ensure seamless data integration from multiple ERP systems.
    Utilize SQL and Python or R to extract, transform, and load data into the data warehouse from Oracle databases.
    Lead the development of data models, architecture, and standards for data warehousing initiatives.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics to drive business value.
    Provide expertise in Supply Chain network planning, financial operations, and related systems to enhance decision-making capabilities.
    Develop and implement cleansing and standardization scenarios using industry-standard mappings.
    Profile
    The ideal candidate for this Business System Analyst role will have the following:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    7+ years of proven experience in data management/data architecture.
    Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R for data analysis and manipulation.
    Extensive experience with ETL processes and tools.
    In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data warehousing.
    Strong understanding of business processes in a manufacturing environment.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
