Job responsibilities include but are not limited to Cleaning 6 – 4 story buildings with 24 units each.

All catwalks and stairs are swept and then mopped. Dusting, sweeping/blowing of the following areas: Catwalks on all floors, Elevator in each Building, Stairways In each Building & Common area near the front of the building.

• Railings (stairs and catwalks) are cleaned.
  
• Lobbies on all floors are mopped.
  
• Lobby doors are cleaned on both sides.
  
• Remove insects and cobwebs from ceilings,doorways, windows, pillars and light fixtures.
  
• Apply stainless steel cleaner on all handle plates, kick plates on lobby doors and on all stainless steel surfaces in the interior of elevators.
  
• Elevator floors are swept and mopped with a clean mop and clean water.
  

Additionally:

• Restocking of paper products and chemicals.
  
• Inventory of janitorial supplies.
  
• Emptying trash bins from receptacles.
  
• Picking up debris around the property to include interior and exterior of building including parking areas.
  
• Hose down the Catwalks Quarterly
  
• Assist in cleaning of light fixtures twice a year
  

Full-Time Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: $14
