Job summary
We are currently searching for a dynamic, hands-on Front Desk Supervisor.This position reports to the Front Desk Manager,
the Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for ensuring
the efficient Front Desk administration and management of all Team Members at the Front Desk;
additional functions including:
- Overseeing PBX Bell/Valet and Front desk activities
- ,
- ,Overseeing front desk operations including room swapping inventory types and rules check-in check-outs and room blocking
- ,
- ,Handling guest concerns and challenges resolve concerns/challenges with full guest satisfaction

- ,Training front desk team members on how to handle difficult guest challenges resulting in positive results for guest satisfaction.
