    Job DescriptionHybrid Sales Surveyor
    Purpose
    The Hybrid Sales Surveyor position's primary purpose is to cater to customers and their project needs that Biltright often encounters and to include an in-home sales option to grow in. High level communication, customer service, sales experience and attention to details will be required. This position is to support Biltright's field surveying needs while having the opportunity to build a pipeline and create sales. Position will consist of taking photos and measurements of properties for scheduled site surveys for half the day and finding prospects to turn into sales the rest of the time. Biltright's Goal for this position is to effectively cater to the clients who want an easy way to make the decision to improve their existing yard spaces with Biltright.

    Responsibilities
    Site Surveys
    • Show up to all scheduled site surveys
    • Accurately measure jobs using Moasure and Arcsite
    • Notate any and all job specific features (access, gophers, extra demo, etc)
    • Updating Zoho upon site survey completion
    • Dropping off samples
    • Uploading Arcsite measurements to the cloud immediately after surveys

    Lead Generation
    • Generating qualified appointments for customers looking for turf and installation
    • Scheduling surveys with qualified customers
    • Meeting and exceeding all minimum quotas set
    • Scheduled lead generating events at THE every Saturday
    • Generating leads through door knocking, visiting installs, events, and passing out door hangers
    Sales Responsibilities
    • Generating install and material sales through virtual and in-person appointments
    • Scheduling and generating appointments with prospects
    • Adhering to all quotas set
    • Customer management through CRM platforms
    • Running calendar scheduled appointments and following appointment outline
    • Completing all designs and pricing with the customer within 24 hrs
    • Updating CRM and adding notes
    • Visiting installations and passing out door hangers (min 30 doors)
    • Generating leads through events, door knocking, and installs
    Schedule
    • Full Time
    • 5 days a week
    Compensation
    • $33,280 annual salary
    • $800 per month car allowance
    • $50 phone allowance
    • Monthly commission

    Required Experience:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
    • Knowledge of MS Office
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Team player

    Preferred Experience:

    • Construction experience and understanding
    • Customer service experience
    • Sales experience
