    Business Development Manager (Technology)

    As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Grayson Search Partners, you'll be responsible for prospecting and account management activities related to our Technology Recruiting Practice. You'll be an instrumental addition to our dynamic team and will have direct ownership in building and maintaining a book of business.

    This is an ideal opportunity to come in and build something special. We're not publicly traded or private equity backed so we reap everything we sow. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to meet goals through self-management and drive.     Responsibilities

    • Generate qualified introduction meetings and demos by identifying, researching, contacting potential clients and ensure meetings happen
    • Hit or exceed progressive yet reasonable monthly/quarterly growth goals
    • Execute 50+ outbound cold calls and/or customized emails per day using Bullhorn and LinkedIn
    • Prospect quality contacts and accounts that are a best fit for using Grayson Search's recruiting resources

    Qualities

    • An interest developing sales skills and moving to a consultative sales position within recruiting/HR services company
    • Curiosity, interest in helping others, coachability, & work ethic
    • Be confident running a sales pipeline in quick-moving, rapidly changing work environments
    • Positivity and desire to uplift and share knowledge with those around you

    Qualifications

    • Previous business development and/or recruiting experience
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

    Compensation

    • Annual base salary plus uncapped commission
