    MedCadre is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Primary Care for a local contract job in South Frankfort, Kentucky.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Kentucky
    • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
    • Active DEA registration
    • Clinical background in Adult, Family, or Geriatric practice
    • Prior experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
    • Ability to manage patients with advanced illness and multiple chronic conditions
    • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
    • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and care coordination skills
    • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary care team
