Akkodis is seeking a
QA Technician III
for a
Contract
with a client in
Los Angeles, CA.
Candidate must have strong capability in handling returned and explanted medical devices by performing inspections, decontamination, and detailed failure‑analysis preparation.
Rate Range:
$26/hour to $28/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
QA Technician III Job Responsibilities Include
- Receiving and tracking returned or explanted medical devices while reconciling all items against quality system records.
- Decontaminating equipment according to operating procedures and maintaining proper inventory of chemicals and process materials.
- Inspecting products visually, including performing microscope‑based evaluations for detailed analysis.
- Testing returned devices and entering all findings accurately into the quality system for documentation and traceability.
- Supporting nonconformance investigations and reviewing device history records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Executing additional lab tasks assigned by the Lab Lead or Manager to maintain smooth and compliant lab operations.
Required Qualifications
- Having a high school diploma, with an AS or technical degree in engineering, manufacturing, or quality preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in medical device quality or inspection.
- Candidate must have strong capability in performing advanced inspections, reviewing device history records, and supporting nonconformance investigations.
- Candidate must have proven experience working in regulated manufacturing environments, including handling Class II or Class III medical devices.

Pay Details:
$26.00 to $28.00 per hour
