    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Follows written procedures and scripts, consults with team leadership, and uses proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents
    • Communicates obstacles to leadership promptly
    • Meets departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity
    • Contributes expertise to determine processing guidelines and assess standards
    • Ensures compliance with departmental standards through documented team processes
    • Performs data entry, verification, and drafts claimant communications
    • Communicates with claimants and makes necessary corrections
    • Participates in other assigned projects
    • Possesses basic math knowledge
    REQUIRED SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

    • Prior claims or professional working experience
    • Attention to detail and critical reasoning skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to work independently without constant oversight (WFH)-reliable High-Speed Internet.
    • Responsive and engaged not only in training, but also when working.
    • Punctuality-No absences or tardies for the 2 weeks of training.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Professional degree or equivalent experience
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Sharp critical thinking skills with sound judgment
    • Ability to sit at a computer workstation for long periods of time

    Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
