- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via various communication channels, providing detailed information on availability, rates, and lease terms while actively promoting the benefits of living in our communities.
- Guide prospective residents through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to lease signing.
- Utilize innovative marketing techniques and platforms to attract and engage prospective residents, including social media campaigns, campus events, and outreach initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current residents, fostering a sense of community and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with the property management team to coordinate move-ins, turnovers, and maintenance activities to ensure resident satisfaction.
