Manage Projects and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed to fruition on time
Prepare work to be estimated by gather proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
Manage all levels of take-offs while applying unit prices
10+ year of estimating experience, preferably at a commercial GC
~ A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Related field
