Job description:

The current BA can write PowerApp solutions for the Stakeholders that automate and replace work that's done in spreadsheets and the like.

Overview of responsibilities and required skillset:

Requirement Gathering, Documentation, and Analysis:

The Product Business Analyst works closely with Compliance, Legal, Global Security, and Aviation customer teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

They identify and document the functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring that they align with the needs of the stakeholders and regulatory frameworks.

Project Management:
Use strong planning and organizational skills to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables. They create detailed project plans, develop work breakdown structures, and establish realistic schedules and resource allocation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
The Product Business Analyst acts as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the development teams. They facilitate effective communication, manage stakeholders' expectations, and ensure that the solutions meet the desired outcomes.
User Experience (UX)

Design:

They work closely with UX designers to ensure that the applications and platforms provide a seamless user experience, particularly in terms of accessibility.

They provide input on user flows, wireframes, and mock-ups, ensuring that the systems are intuitive and user-friendly.
