Rapid Strategy, a renowned leader in cybersecurity and network solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kekaha, Hawaii.

This role is central to our mission of providing advanced cybersecurity services, ensuring the security and integrity of critical information systems in a high-security, Department of Defense (DoD) environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures in alignment with DoD and NIST standards.
Actively monitor security systems for anomalies and respond to security incidents.
Coordinate with IT teams to enhance system security postures, including patch management and security updates.
Conduct regular security audits and prepare detailed reports on findings and remediation strategies.
Lead cybersecurity training and awareness programs for staff and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Active Top Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications:
CISSP, CCISO, CISM, or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, preferably in a DoD environment.
Expertise in various cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
