    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Escrow Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service and support to clients throughout the escrow process.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing assistance throughout the escrow process.
    2. Guide clients through the necessary documentation and requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
    3. Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties to facilitate timely and accurate transactions.
    4. Monitor and track the progress of escrow transactions, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
    5. Collaborate with internal teams, including escrow officers and title agents, to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.
    6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to escrow transactions, adhering to confidentiality and security protocols.

    Qualifications:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
    2. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a real estate or financial services environment.
    3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
    4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
    5. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    6. Knowledge of escrow processes, regulations, and industry practices is a plus.

    Pay rate: $16 an hour

    Location: Carmel, IN

    6 month contract. Very good chance to convert permanent based on performance.

    Schedule: M-F 10 am- 6:30 pm
