- Assist with student registration.
- Respond to verification inquires.
- Demonstrate ability to use Microsoft word software to edit, create, proof, and produce documents.
- Store files on shared network
- Assist with midterm and final grading as needed.
- Process withdrawal forms
- Assist with commencement activities.
- Demonstrates compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Demonstrate ability to type 35 words per minute.
- Demonstrate mastery of office practices and procedures
- Demonstrate excellent oral and communication skills and ability to deal courteously with the public.
- Education: High school graduation or GED Equivalent
- Successful experience: Record keeping and data entry; experience using a database; mastery Microsoft word software.
- Other preferences: Experience working in a college or university student services office.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the DSU Fundamentals
- Demonstrate ability to use Banner software to process records and registration data.
- Demonstrate efficient and courteous customer services.
- Demonstrate current knowledge of FERPA.
- Provide periodic verbal and/or written project updates to Registrar.
