    Practice DescriptionGrand Itasca Clinic & Hospital is seeking a board certified/board eligible outpatient Pediatric Physician to join our busy and growing primary care clinic practice.

    Grand Itasca is a fully integrated multi-specialty clinic and hospital located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Practice Details23 provider, primary care practice with multiple specialists onsite.

    Full time (1.0 FTE) opportunity with 32 patient contact hours per week; schedule is flexiblePatient encounters average 16 patients per day.

    Board Certified/Board Eligible with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
    Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
    Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
    Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
