    Position Overview:

    As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist with ProCare Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to deliver personalized therapy services to students in Ohio from the comfort of your own home.

    Location:
    Remote (Ohio-based)


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

    Provide engaging and effective speech-language therapy services to students through teletherapy platforms, addressing a wide range of communication disorders and challenges.

    Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional growth.
    Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the development and implementation of student goals and interventions.
    Monitor student progress, document therapy sessions and progress reports accurately, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
    Stay informed about best practices and evidence-based interventions in speech-language pathology, continuously seeking to improve outcomes for students.


    Qualifications:
    Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
    Valid Ohio state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a teletherapy or virtual setting.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect effectively with students, families, and team members.
    Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver services remotely.
