- Experience drafting and filing legal documents, including complaints, motions, and other pleadings.
- Ability to analyze and assess loan default cases, identifying key legal issues.
- Experience or familiarity in enforcing SBA regulations, with a focus on loan defaults preferred.
- Experience with foreclosure cases and familiarity with bankruptcy preferred.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
