    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Warehouse Associate

    Our warehouse associates are an essential part of our operational success. This position will be responsible for picking, packing and shipping orders safely, and accurately. This position will be a part of our warehouse team who ensures we have our products stocked and ready for shipping. The warehouse associate will also receive and stock inbound shipments.

    Summary:

    This position is responsible for picking, packing & shipping customer orders in an accurate, timely and efficient manner along with receiving & stocking inbound product.

    Essential Functions:

    • Pick, pull and package orders appropriately based on shipping method (UPS, USPS, LTL, Courier, CPU, Delivery)
    • Process orders to completion through our accounting program
    • Receive inbound shipments and verify quantity and condition
    • Stock inbound product in proper location
    • Conduct inventory counts as needed
    • Load and unload semi-trucks and customer vehicles
    • Communicate with sales team for order priority, questions, accuracy and customer notifications
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Train new staff members when needed
    • Perform all work safely and accurately

    Physical Demands

    • Ability to lift and move at least 75lbs
    • Ability to operate a pallet jack and move heavy skids

    Qualifications

    • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
    • Ability to pass a background check
    • Ability to pass a Drug screening
    • Forklift experience
    • Exceptional communication both verbal and non-verbal
    • Prioritization and good time management
    • Organization and attention to detail
    • Positive attitude and teamwork
    • Great attendance & punctuality
    • Ability to work and get along with all different people and personality types
    • Multi-tasking and comfort in a fast-paced environment

    Other duties as assigned, but not limited to:

    • Miscellaneous janitorial work (trash, cleaning warehouse, etc.)
    • Any other tasks you are asked to perform'

    Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

    Pay and Benefits:

    • $17-18/ hr
    • We are now offering a$500 sign-on bonuspayable after 90 days
