    Medical Oncology

    Nevada

    Position Highlights:

    • Work-Life Balance:Enjoy a manageable schedule with no inpatient responsibilities and minimal call
    • Desirable Practice Setting:State-of-the-art cancer center within an integrated, multidisciplinary care model. Industry leading imaging suite (PET, CT, Nuclear Camera, Gen RAD, Dexa), Angio-suite (PICC/PORT placement). Research and clinical trials, tumor boards, breast cancer center with onsite mammogram and biopsy.
    • Flexible Schedule: Choose either a 5-day or 4-day work week.
    • Ideal Work Environment:Collaborative team of radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, surgeons, and APPs
    • Favorable Call Schedule:Minimal call requirements with strong hospitalist and support staff coverage

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Competitive Compensation:$600K base plus clear productivity and quality-based incentives
    • Sign-On Bonus:$150,000+ sign-on bonus with additional incentives available

    Qualifications:

    • Degree:MD or DO with completion of an accredited hematology/oncology residency
    • Certifications:Board certified or board eligible in medical oncology or hematology/oncology
    • Licensure:Eligible for Nevada state medical license
    • Skillset:Comfortable managing solid tumors in a community-based setting; hematologic malignancy experience a plus
    • Experience:New xhmxlyz grads and experienced radiation oncologists encouraged to apply
    • Sponsorship:J-1 waiver and H-1B visa support considered on a case-by-case basis
