Description

Real Estate Information Systems is seeking a full-time Senior Business Analyst Consultant.
The candidate will be required to come into the Newark, NJ office 2 to 3 days a week. The remaining days of the week can be worked remotely but are subject to change.


ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analyst Responsibilities:
Ability to evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, identify process improvements, and developing and solutions.
Performing requirements analysis and documentation of the processes and results.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to enable proactive business decisionsStrong Communication Skills:
Conducting meetings and presentations to business and management for sharing insights, plans and ideas.
Perform user acceptance testing of enhancements and system solutions.
Perform production support and issues resolution,Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Resource planning and tracking of resources, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of project tasks.


QualificationsBusiness Analyst Qualifications :
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Strong data analytics, organizational and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Ability to multi-task between functional areas to support the business.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.


Technology Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Jira, and Power Query a plus.

Experience with Business Objects or equivalent query type software not limited to SQL, PostgreSQL.High competency in Data Analysis and committed to data.

Experience with Commercial Real Estate applications not limited to Yardi, MRI, Kardin, RealPage, DealPath, VTS is a plus.
Experience with other applications not limited to Salesforce, Business Central (NAV), Cloud applications is a plusCommercial Real Estate experience and/or private equity experience is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
