Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be a part of a professional, customer-oriented team in the Service department located in Billerica.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage incoming internal and external customer inquiries via both email and phone
Process customer requests and information timely and efficiently to provide spare parts quotations
Process purchase orders, government contracts and credit cards while paying attention to customer, payment and contractual terms
Prepare shipping documents
Work closely with technicians and peers
Responsible for gathering and entering customer information for import and export requests for international returns per Global Trade Compliant requirements.
Consistently follow applicable International Traffic in Arms ( ITAR) and Commerce regulations
Help to manage and reduce the spare parts backlog
Perform additional related duties as required
Job Qualifications:
Previous Customer Service experience preferred but not required
A minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP
Strong work ethic, analytical, creative, independent yet also a team player
Able to execute and prioritize multiple tasks
Flexible and adaptable to change
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Good organization and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and quickly navigate multiple systems
Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S.
national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S.
