    Description

    Member Services Representative

    We are seeking a Member Services Representative to enhance the member experience by providing exceptional customer service at Planet Fitness.

    • Greet members and guests with friendly professionalism, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
    • Perform front desk duties including checking members into the system, conducting tours, processing sign-ups, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

    Maintain accurate records of member accounts and facilitate updates while promoting a positive experience for our members. Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.

    • Aid in maintaining club cleanliness through daily assigned tasks within the first hour of your shift. Collaborate on priority cleaning lists each day and complete bathroom checks periodically.

    Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, high school diploma or equivalent required. Prior customer service background is preferred but not necessary.
