    Organization: HealthIT Community Connect

    Job Summary: Epic Community Connect is a program at VUMC that extends Epic services to community physicians and hospitals. We are looking for a skilled Senior Application Analyst to lead the implementation of Epic Cadence and Prelude modules for the Community Connect program. This role involves mentoring a team, supporting clients, and ensuring program expansion success.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Current Epic Prelude/Cadence Certifications
    • Experience in application build, go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, and testing
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Expertise in technical documentation
    • Bachelor's degree

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, build, and configure software for clinical, administrative, and operational workflows
    • Analyze workflows and technical environments
    • Support product implementations, testing, and training
    • Onboard and train users
    • Provide technical support and maintenance
