Job Description QLM is now seeking Project managers with a background in commercial Electric and Health Care


Responsibilities:
Plan, oversee, and deliver commercial construction projects from conception to completion within the agreed timeline and budget.
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and adjustments to meet financial objectives.
Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress, enforce standards, and facilitate communication.
Prepare and submit project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders.

Qualifications:
Must be available to work 7 AM to 330 PM Monday through Friday at minimum.
Very competitive weekly pay – pay based on experience.
Must have reliable transportation.
Good attitude and work well with others.
