We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Labor Relations to lead and manage all labor relations activities within a large complex highly regulated organization.


+Responsibilities
  • Lead the organization's overall labor relations strategy
  • Interpret administer and ensure compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements CBAs
+Labor Relations Legal Expertise
  • Labor Relations Legal Expertise Extensive experience in unionized environments Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws including NLRA NLRB EEOC FLSA Proven expertise in collective bargaining grievance handling arbitration Experience interpreting applying CBAsandlaborpolicies Leadership Strategy Executive level communication influence Ability to advise senior leadership in high impact situations Strategic mindset with strong risk management capabilities Demonstrated experience leading teams collaborating cross functionally Communication Negotiation Advanced negotiation conflict resolution skills Ability to clearly present complex labor issues to diverse audiences Strong relationship management skills with unions internal stakeholders
