    Tig Pipe Welder 1/C Job Description

    This job requires a high level of skill and attention to detail. The Tig Pipe Welder will work with various types of pipe and tubular products, using plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards as guides.
    • Comply with safety regulations and company policies.
    • Plan layouts, weld, install test repair all types pipe similar tubular products.
    The ideal candidate should have three to five years' experience in pipe welding or equivalent combination education experience. They must be able pass SMAW 6G Pipe Test become ABS Certified . Additional requirements include knowledge ship terminology Occupational Safety Health Administration OSHA American Bureau Shipbuilding ABS standards ability read comprehend written verbal diagram forms plans.
