    Key Role

    A highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with a passion for UI/UX and user experience is sought after to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of technical sales.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Develop intuitive UI/UX experiences for onboarding, API integrations, and other features.
    • Architect and develop features across the full stack (React, Node.js, MongoDB).
    • Collaborate with founders on product roadmap and prioritization.
    • Deliver high-quality products that exceed user expectations.

    Tech Stack Overview:

    • Frontend: React, RN for Web
    • Backend: Node.js, Express, MongoDB
    • Additional tools: Radix UI, Framer Motion, React Hooks, @dnd-kit, axios, jotai

    Ideal Candidate:

    • At least 3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with strong interaction design, UI/UX design, and information architecture skills for SaaS products geared toward technical users.
    • Previous experience as a founding engineer or in an early-stage startup environment (YC companies are a plus).
    • Demonstrates a strong design portfolio showcasing advanced UI/UX work, including micro-interactions, animations, and responsive designs.
    • Experience in developing and contributing to design systems or component libraries.
    • Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript, databases, APIs, and API authentication.
    • Familiarity with module bundlers (webpack, Babel) and troubleshooting configuration issues.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base salary: $140k - $200k
    • Equity: 0.05% - 0.40%
    • Visa sponsorship not available
    • Full-time, W-2 role based in New York City
