Financial Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Redmond, WA. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for daily financial analysis, financial statements, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Finance and have strong Analytical Skills.

Qualifications:
Proficient in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statements.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills.
Experience in Finance or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
Responsible for financial reporting for MST business operations. Understand input drivers and validate integrity of the reporting to influence strategic decision-making and planning. Use data to identify disruptive ideas and provide advice to business leaders.
Develop and improve forecast processes and accuracy and quickly identify risks and opportunities to topline and bottom-line performances.
Identify, resolve, and provide guidance to resolve complex data integrity issues. You improve controls to address financial risk and support frugality.
Educate business partners on financial and non-financial trade-offs. You make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where data may be scarce or difficult to procure.
Use active listening skills intuitively to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner. Adjust style for various audiences to articulate complex finance issues clearly. Your communications drive critical business decisions.
Collect and analyze quantitative data to develop relevant reports that drive cost reductions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required
3 years of experience in Finance and or Accounting
Prior experience with reporting is required
Experience working with ERP is required (preferably but not limited to Syteline Infor).
Proven, solid Microsoft Excel skills and large datasets

Competencies:
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience in relationship management and collaboration with Finance team and other areas
Prioritization skills are necessary to meet a deadline driven environment
Protect and safeguard sensitive information
Fast learner
Ability to make the complex simple

Desirable Skills and Experience:
Power BI or BI technical skills are preferred
Experience with Medical Manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with automation of manual finance process is preferred

Salary range for this position is $80-$120k per year which is the general base range for a successful candidate in the State of Washington.

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors such as skills, qualifications and experience.
