Genesis OB/GYN - Flagstaff OB/GYN, an affiliate of Unified Women's Healthcare, is currently seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our growing practice in Flagstaff, AZ.
Enjoy hiking in the Ponderosa pines during the summer and skiing in the winter. Flagstaff is 2 hours from Phoenix and 4 hours from Las Vegas.Flagstaff is home to Northern Arizona University as well as some of the best star gazing in the country and offers close proximity to the Grand Canyon & the Historic Route 66.

- Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license
- Board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN
- Current and unrestricted DEA certificate required (or the ability to obtain one)
- Expert diagnostic skills
- Trustworthy and compassionate character
- Strong communication skills
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Current Unrestricted State Medical License
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
