Job summary

The Director is responsible for leading and growing the commercial HVAC APG function in partnership with the sales team. This role focuses on people leadership, sales enablement, process improvement, and business development rather than pure engineering design.

Responsibilities

Lead hire train and develop APG team members supporting commercial sales and projects
Ensure appropriate staffing levels to support sales volume and strategic growth goals
