    Manufacturing Controller

    As a Manufacturing Controller, you will oversee and manage various financial aspects crucial to the manufacturing division's success. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ongoing Revenue Analytics:
    • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting with a focus on revenue analytics.
    • Derive actionable insights from reports to support strategic decisions.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial presentations.
  • Budgeting Cycle, Adherence to Budgets, and Forecasting:
    • Assist in developing key business drivers for strategic planning and budgeting.
    • Guide stakeholders in adhering to budgets and managing expenses effectively.
    • Collaborate with departments to enhance accuracy in forecasting.
  • Continuous Improvement in Finance Processes:
    • Identify and address bottlenecks affecting business performance.
    • Implement process improvements while managing risks to financial closing.
    • Drive continuous improvement in financial closing processes.
  • Business Partnering to Influence Strategies and Decisions:
    • Lead financial decision-making with stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with various departments to align decisions with financial targets.
    • Assist in developing financial strategies to drive growth and execution.
  • Leading and Managing People:
    • Foster a high-performance culture through performance management.
    • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
    • Implement tracking mechanisms to ensure adherence to standards.
    Essential:
    • Proficiency in accounting software and strong mathematical aptitude.
    • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of accounting principles.
    • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Understanding of material, production, and supply chain systems.
    • Ability to work independently and influence at all management levels.
    Preferred:
    • Experience as a Cost Controller in a manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge of Oracle, Power BI, SQL, or QlikView.
    • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
    • 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
    • Experience in supervisory positions preferred.
