A New York City-basedprivate organization is looking to add a Chinese-speaking, licensed Physician, with a Family and/or Internal Medicine background, to join their staff at one of their facilities on Staten Island.
The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for:Prescribing or administering medications, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
Monitoring patients' conditions and progress and re-evaluating treatments, as necessary
Providing health and wellness advice to patients, including diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention
Referring patients to other medical specialists, when necessary
Preparing official health documents or records, when necessary
Participating in network activities such as Provider meetings, Grand Rounds, and training sessions
Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York
Bilingual (English and Cantonese or Mandarin)
